Back by popular demand, the Mountain Bike Challenge is returning for 2026! After last year’s incredible turnout, we’re ready to take it up a gear for the third year!

Join us for an unforgettable ride through the stunning bridleways of Pendle, soaking up breathtaking views, passing through historic villages, and raising vital funds for Pendleside Hospice.

REGISTRATIONS FOR THIS EVENT WILL OPEN ON SATURDAY 7TH FEBRUARY 2026.

Choose from One of Three Routes:

Dare to take on one of our thrilling trails - each named after the legendary Pendle witches:

Route Distance Entry Fee (Adult/Child) Age Requirement
Demdike 9.5 miles £10 / £8 Min age 8 (must ride with adult)
Chattox 22 miles £15 / £12 Min age 14 (must ride with adult)
Nutter 32 miles £20 / £15 Min age 14 (must ride with adult)
 

 

 

 

Aid stations will be available along the way to keep you fuelled and refreshed.

Note: Routes are best suited for intermediate-level riders.

T-shirts

All participants receive a limited-edition event t-shirt! However, you must sign up before the 8th May 2026 to receive a specific custom-designed, Mountain Bike Challenge, t-shirt. Orders made after this date will receive a yellow, Pendleside t-shirt.

T-shirts are made to order — if unsure about sizing, please size up. Exchanges will not be possible.
