Service User Group

What is it?

It is a group of Pendleside services users, past and present, including patients, their carers, their family members and their visitors and friends.

What does it do?

The group is "The Voice" of people who have benefited from Pendleside's services in whatever way. It makes sure that the Hospice knows what its services users think of it.

Why do we want to know?

Pendleside is absolutely committed to providing the very best services possible to all that may need them. We can only do that if we listen to our service users.

When and where are the meetings?

The group meets quarterly in the Hospice's day services lounge at 4pm; sandwiches and refreshments are provided from 5pm. Transport may be available if needed.

How do I join the group?
