In preparation for our Light Up a Life event on Sunday 21st December, we will be lining the driveway with 5ft Christmas trees, each with their own personalised plaque.

 

Choose to dedicate your tree in memory of a lost loved one, friend or colleague or opt to sponsor it from your business. These Christmas tree can be sponsored for £75 each. All proceeds will go direct to the Hospice, to help fund patient care.

 

Once we have received your order we will contact you for details and a photo of your loved ones for their personalised plaque.
