HOSPICE AT HOME

Due to service development the following vacancy has arisen:-

This post would be ideally suited to a nurse who wants to care for palliative care patients and their families in their own homes with the support of being part of a hospice team.

The ability to work on your own initiative or as part of a team is essential. You should be a good listener and be able to respond to patients changing needs in a complex environment.

A full UK driving licence, together with use of own car, is essential for the above position. Mileage will be paid.
